How to Take a Free Kick

How To Take A Free Kick

Like Lionel Messi,Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar, they are professional free kick taker. If you are professional in free kick, that will be advantages for you to score goals. Here are the following steps on how to take a free kick.

1.Place the ball

You can place the ball any place where near the referee points; just place it in the general area.Set the ball down on a good part of the field (if possible). Avoid uneven areas or patches of dirt.
2.Look
Look at the wall and look at the goalie. You must think where you want to kick the ball and how you want to kick it.For instance, you may think the wall will jump so you determine that you’ll kick the ball at the wall on the ground.
3.Step back
Sometimes some players take many steps back. This is pointless. The extra time only helps the goalie predict your shot.Take two or three steps back.
4.Relax

Take a deep breathe to calm yourself. Relax your muscles. Tensing up will impair your technique.
5.Look again
Before you kick the ball, glance one more time at the position of the goalie, wall, and your teammate’s position (if you’re looking to cross).Look at the ball after you’ve glanced up. Don’t look up again until after you’ve take the free kick.
6.Kick the Ball with the suitable power
You can kick any power that suitable for the range between you and you target whether it is for goal or to pass the ball to your teammates.
